Aux-Ops Maintenance Help Desk


As Aux-Ops grows and acquires more facilities that means that the Maintenance Department needs an efficient way of communicating and keeping track of issues and request that arise on a day to day bases.  So we created the Aux-Ops Maintenance Department Help Desk.  Although you can still slack them at the new #maintenance_help_desk channel or call the Maintenance Department with your issues and they will put in the ticket themselves as a way of tracking those issues, if for some reason you can not reach them we do recommend that you go ahead and put in a ticket yourself so that one, you will not forget about it and two, it will already be sent to them and they can attend to the issue or question at their next availability.


1. To access the Maintenance Help Desk and put in a request please go to the to the Aux-Ops website, then click on the Maintenance link at the bottom of the page and that will redirect you to the portal for the Maintenance Help Desk.

2. That will take you to the Maintenance Help Desk Portal where you can put in your ticket that will be redirected to the Aux-Ops Maintenance Department.



3. From this page you can click on 3 different options. 1. Report a Maintenance Problem, 2. Request to have something moved, or 3. send a question or just make a general request.



4. Clicking on the first option will bring up the following page.  From here you will fill out the required information then click send and then it will get your request in the system and the Maintenance Department will be able to react in a timely manner to your issue.




5. Clicking on the second option brings up a move request form.  This move could be an equipment move or an office move or anything in general that the Maintenance Department would be required to move.  From here you will fill out the required information then click send and then it will get your request in the system and the Maintenance Department will be able to react in a timely manner to your move request.




6. The third and final option is for general questions for the Maintenance Department.  From here you will fill out the required information then click send and then it will get your request in the system and the Maintenance Department will be able to react in a timely manner to your informational request.
